About Reservations and Course Selection
Reservations are accepted for one person only. Group bookings are not available.
You can only receive the course you selected at the time of booking. To change, please make a new reservation.
If certain areas cannot be treated on the day due to personal reasons or skin condition, those areas cannot be treated separately at a later date.
Cancellations made after 6:00 PM on the previous day or on the same day will be counted as a used session.
Repeated no-shows without notice may result in restrictions on future bookings.
Preparation Before Your Visit
Please shave the treatment area on the day of your appointment or the day before.
If any hair remains unshaved, we may skip those areas or refuse treatment.
If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we may be unable to provide treatment, or we may only be able to treat limited areas within the remaining time.
In either case, the session will still be counted as used. If you are running late, please be sure to contact your salon in advance.
On the day of your appointment, please check your physical condition and skin condition. If any of the following conditions apply, you will not be able to receive treatment.
You are feeling unwell
Your skin is dry
The treatment area is sunburned
You are wearing sunscreen, deodorant, or body cream on the treatment area (except recommended products)
You have consumed alcohol on the day
You have received a vaccination that day or are experiencing side effects
You have a wedding or photo shoot scheduled within one month
You are pregnant
You request treatment of sensitive areas during menstruation
You bring children with you
Please note that even if treatment cannot be provided on the day, it will still be counted as a used session. We ask that you make your reservation with this in mind.

To ensure smooth service, your personal information will be shared between Musee Media Holdings Co., Ltd. and New Musee Platinum Co., Ltd.
By completing your reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to this data sharing.
